I got a frameless swinging shower door for my bathroom and the bottom seal barrier doesn't do a great job of keeping the water from seeping to the outer side of the tub...we have to dry a puddle on the bathroom floor after every shower and it was getting tedious. This seal does great and I use it as a splash guard/barrier to keep any water that gets through the shower deal seal from spilling over the tub. This was so easy to apply with the peel-and-stick adhesive, and I'm glad I didn't have to tinker with messy silicone caulk. I was able to trim this to the length I need using a sharp razor knife. Hope the adhesive lasts! Super happy with this splash guard.

These are ok. They're a lot smaller/shorter than I thought, I wouldn't call these shower threshold dam. The adhesive is not that strong.

Good product, but the sharp corner won't fit anywhere that there is residual caulk. It needs a clean, sharp corner to fit properly. Also, the presence of the adhesive causes a slight gap -- the width of the adhesive thickness -- between the trim and the surface it sticks to. Ideally, the design should have a slight depression where the adhesive is attached.

5 stars for now, but will update after a few months of use. It feels much more substantial than the molding it replaced. This was installed on a cast iron tub that has glass sliding doors. I taped the molding to a yardstick to keep it straight during the install then once it was set, I removed the backing tape and the tape holding the molding to the yardstick. (Both had to be cut to size prior). The tape feels secure for now. Will update if product fails.

Good quality silicone. For install-You want to use a spacer, to keep things straight. Keep a consistent offset from your threshold. I used some tape.Cutting to size, is a little tricky. A cardboard template's the way to go- putting it in and trying to eyeball an offset for the curve doesn't work. Ask me how I know. Also, surface prep is extremely important if you want it to stick. I thought it would be all right. It wasn't. Resolved the issue by using a lint roller tube to get everything perfect. Also gave me an excuse to cut a piece that actually fit. Ended up looking nice. Learn from my mistakes.

Shower Threshold Water Dam, Self Adhesive Silicone Waterproof Barrier for Bathroom and Kitchen, 39Inch, Grayfrom the mvuenleyog StoreI needed something behind my kitchen faucet as the 18 year old silicone sealer was wearing away and looked bad. I installed this strip in just a few minutes and it's been working well to keep water where it belongs. I like the way it looks way better than I thought I would, it looks like it has always been there. Very happy with this so far and it solved a big problem.

It sticks well to the shower floor and keeps the water from flowing out
