Bought this in August 2024 and it already broke not even a full 6 months into having this. The hand held shower head disconnected from the the line and couldn't be put back together even with lifing the metal piece to try and salvage it, the part to attach the hand held and the main shower head broke and causes the main shower head to drop. My sister and I were very excited about this because it matched our aesthetic for our bathroom but very disappointed and how horribly made it is. Honestly we should have just gone to Home Depot or Lowe's. I'm very dissatisfied. We had to throw away the handheld shower head and the sticker that goes on the wall to hold it and we had to detach the piece that holds the handheld and the main shower head.

I cannot understand why this shower head has bad reviews. It is the best shower head in the world. I'll never go to another shower head. It's huge and it's simulates rain with awesome pressure. And you can adjust it to any position that you want. I would question the bad reviews on this. I'm going to put the bad reviews on "operator error"

I originally reviewed the shower head and gave it one star (see comments below). Shortly thereafter the company contacted me to attempt to rectify the issue! I was surprised but they fixed it really quickly after reaching out to me and requested that I give them another try. Based on customer service alone, I'd definitely would, but I still stand on my opinion of the showerhead. If I could give no stars i would. I bought this product in August 2024 and am already needing to replace it! The rain shower head is very cheap and cheaply made. Water started shooting out of the sides of the rain head as though it busted at the seams. Very disappointing!

I was on the fence about purchasing this item because it was less than $30 and I figured I’d be super cheap and flimsy. However, once it arrived my husband got to work and put it together and it’s amazing! The hand held shower is made of plastic, so you must be careful that it doesn’t hit the shower walls too hard or it could possibly break, but overall it’s a good product for the price. The shower head is soooo relaxing as well. My husband ended up enjoying it as well. It’s like we have a new shower!

It is easy to install, the quality feels kinda cheap but its ok, comes with three spray settings. Nice design but water pressure strongest in the handheld spray.

I was kind of scared when I read the reviews and they were saying a little bit of everything. But so far I have had no problems! The water pressure is great and mine actually came with the Teflon plumbers tape. My boyfriend installed it with ease and it came with everything necessary except the wrench which you will need to twist it on. The quality seems very good and it feels like it will last. The look is very sleek and modern. I love how you can adjust everything to be custom to what you want. The size is very big and looked great. The rain fall design is really nice and therapeutic.

Okay, folks, let me tell you about this Ashwanth shower head I installed. It's like I've discovered a whole new world in my bathroom! Before this, I'd take a shower once a month, maybe. It was a chore, like doing taxes. But now? I'm in there twice a day, and on Sundays, it's a full-on shower marathon!This thing isn't just a shower head; it's like my own personal rain cloud. I step in, and voila! I'm under a mini waterfall. It's so fancy, it feels like I'm in one of those expensive spa retreats. The best part? I don't even know what all the buttons and swivels do, but twist something here, press something there, and suddenly, it's like the shower is dancing around me.And the handheld part? Game changer! I can now rinse off in places I didn't even know needed rinsing. Plus, the hose on this thing – it's like they used magic to make it. I'm not seeing any weird lime stuff on it, and it doesn't leak. I purchase this product months ago so I don't know how much my words would matter. but I really enjoy the rainfall shower head which is why I got it. that's really all I cared about but my husband liked to have the pull-out shower head so it was a perk some concerns are after a couple of months the pull-out shower head did bust randomly I don't know if that is a normal thing but I would recommend getting another pull out that can attach to it just to be safe the good news is that you can get a new pull out shower head for this particular product and it will work regardless I ended up getting a new one and it was the filtered one with rocks in it. overall with the pull-out shower head, I did enjoy the different settings it had but I enjoy the rainfall way better I must admit I actually did not fully understand how to put it together until later but it was not their fault I just enjoy the mystery of putting things together myself even if I do get annoyed at it lol. but the overall product was really good it was easy and I enjoy taking showers with it.
