First shower last night with our newly installed filter was amazing. We have a new well and the water isn't as pure as it should be. Rather than do a whole house filter system right now, we started with a countertop drinking water filter system which has been great. However, we never felt clean after a shower so we decided to try this filter. What a difference. The water felt softer and we finally felt clean after the shower. I highly recommend this filter. It was easy to install and affordable.

The Shower Head Filter for Hard Water works great and does exactly what it’s supposed to do—removes chlorine, fluoride, and softens hard water. One thing to note is that it adds some noticeable length to the shower head/adapter, so keep that in mind if space is an issue. I decided to try this while at uni, where the water is really hard, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. My skin feels much better, with far fewer reactions and breakouts. If you struggle with hard water effects on your skin or hair, this is a great solution.

I live in the city and even though we dont have issues with our water, I was still interested in the therapeutic properties of this product....it's nice but after only a 1 month of usage, i noticed a serious decrease in water pressure....i am single and shower twice a day so i should have gotten at least 6 months of use from it...maybe that's why they give you a free cartridge replacement? Maybe because they know it wont last 1 year like they promise??? Anyways, great product for homes with problematic water systems..not sure i'll buy again tho

After only two months of use, there is a not only difference in the softness and texture of my hair & skin. Wish I would have bought this sooner. Installation was a breeze. Water pressure and noise is the same as it was before the filter. It’s small enough to not look super out of place and there have been no issues with leaking. If you are struggling with the effects of hard water, buy this filter. You won’t regret it!

I installed this myself and it was very easy to do. I haven’t tried to replace the cartridge yet so hopefully that is easy. The connection between the bottom of the aqua earth and my shower head has a small drip. The o ring and connection weren’t as great as the top (female) connector. I don’t see how I could get a better connection to make it stop dripping as i know it is attached correctly with all the appropriate fittings, tape etc. I’m not sure how well it filters water as I’m not testing it but it’s price and ease of install made it worth the hope that it’s doing what it says! Water pressure didn’t change and I use it to fill the bathtub now for my kids.
