Had the same one that broke. I thought the water had low pressure but one I took the whole head off it was still strong. I seen that the ball thing inside was totally busted. Easy installation and got my nice shower head working again👍

So, here is what I encountered. The bracket for the shower arm, that comes with this product, is broken. The shower head will not adjust or stay in place like it should. In fact, last night, it slid out of holder and hit me square in the face. I thought my nose was broken. However, today, I don't have black eyes. TG!Anyway, I bought a $7.89 fix from our favorite store, Amazon: Shower Arm Holder for Handheld Shower Head, Adjustable Mount Bracket, Shower arm Adapter with Swivel Ball, 1/2-Inch, Chrome, 0.5. I just got through installing it and it works just as it should.I have to mention also, and although I didn't believe it, the water pressure has improved 100%. Unbelievable!

Dimensions aren't as advertised. the product feels worse than a Dollar Tree product. the inlet for the wall arm is very fragile, thin, and cheap plastic. You can't even tighten it better with some pliers without shimming out the paint (that is actually pink underneath) or being afraid to break it. After even connecting everything and tightening everything up it still managed to start leaking at the top inlet.overall horrible product.The company still wins because, of course, I won't be wasting my time to send it back from the post office for 20 bucks.

This little guy was the best thing and missing piece for.my shower head, and best part I didn't have to alter anything and it cost 9 bucks. My advice when putting this piece together . Is test it and if water leaks from shower head . Unscrew all pieces an put together one by one. I am sure it will fit and work better then.. it happened to be too.. got jumbled my guess during Shipping, found a silicone washer tipped sideways.

Old piece broke. Bought a whole new system. It sucked. Bought this and it worked perfectly with the older shower head

This piece works just as good if not better than the original, which broke in half. I was very happy to find that you could purchase this part instead of having to buy a whole new shower head assembly. It's well made and very easy to install I would purchase this again.
