I ordered 2 packs (one for my car and the other for the car seat in my husbands car). Unfortunately, one came with both strap wraps saying “dear baby,” but the issue was rectified immediately and we received the corrected item. I was impressed that they shipped the corrected item before I even sent back the incorrect item!! GRAAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would highly recommend.Also, for those saying that the buckle protector slides off….I mean it CAN very easily; but, I don’t really have an issue with it. I am just mindful of how I am unbuckling and buckling my baby in (I kind of hold it in place as I do what I need to do). And, I rarely have an issue of it slipping so much to wear it comes off. Although, I will admit, I would appreciate one that is held in place automatically. It’s still a super cute set worth purchasing!!!!

This set is great for my 1yr old who's too big for the infant sized padding that most of our baby stuff came with, I've replaced the convenience stroller and car seat ones with other cute sets, but needed something with more thickness to put on the jogging stroller since it's a bumpier ride. Works great, he looks much more comfortable. And I like the snaps rather than velcro to fasten the shoulder pads.

These are perfect! I ordered the small ones for my infant car seat. They feel well made, and they’re super cute. I love the saying on the shoulder straps. You can see them pictured on my Chicco Keyfit 30 Magic infant car seat on the smallest/lowest setting.

Our car seat came with pads that have long since gone missing. Our third child now uses this seat in my car and the buckle was uncomfortably pinching the insides of her little thighs. This set of pads are great for two reasons: they stay in place and they offer good coverage. The crotch pad in particular is wide and comfortably prevents the buckle from harming her. It's actually a little too wide and requires a little extra effort to actually get the buckle locked and that's why I took off one star. The shoulder pads seal with snaps instead of velcro so she hasn't been able to get them off the straps yet.

memory foam feeling, perfect for my Bugaboo frame. Using the shoulder pads as pads for the side of my bugaboo bee3 that my baby girl likes to rest her legs on. works perfectly. just purchase a second set for the shoulders and going to use the crotch pad for her car seat. great price and quality. Also Super cute embroidery.

Easy to install, very soft, but the sholder straps are too long for our two year old. We use a Graco extent to fit, and our little one can easy remove the velcro strap protectors that came with the seat, and they are now lost as a result. These have snap buttons which our little one can't remove, so I doubt these will ever get lost. The only downside is that the shoulder pads are very long, so it is difficult to fully tighten harness around the little one without the shoulder pads getting in the way.
