I thought they would be cheap and went 2 sizes bigger. They are NOT cheap. Washed up nicely. Will order more in a smaller size. Love them!!!

Run true to size. Machine wash fabulously. My 5 yr old autistic son is messy and these cleaned so well. Kool aid and chocolate and blow out diapers all came clean in warm wash with normal detergent. Soft and comfy! And fabric seems to be resilient to stretching! As long as they hold up I would give them a 5 but only time will tell.

These work well for my little guy with autism who likes to 'dig'. I have had to place the onesie over his pants and then snap. He is 3 and weighs 42 lbs. We just went up to a size 5. Yes, they do run long in the crotch but he grew into them quickly. The quality is very good and the colors match the images shown. I just placed a second order, and will continue to place more.

Perfect fit . Great quality . We bought 7T and my son is also big guy . He was a huge 4 at the time . And it still holds up well now he's 5 after a million washes. Great product

Love this product and how they cater to special needs kids! My son started taking his diaper off but he’s non verbal and not ready for potty training quite yet. I couldn’t find bigger onesies anywhere! He’s 2 but the size of a 3 year old. I never write reviews but this company deserves praise! The onesies are well made and even a little big. Couldn’t be happier! No more messes!!

I had searched high and low for a larger size onsie for my grandson. I finally found CBO Baby. The onsie came today and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is a tall two year so I ordered a 4T. It’s a little big but that’s great! Room to grow. The material is soft and a very nice quality. I’m getting ready to order a few more. What sealed the deal for me is that the company focuses on special needs children. Such a beautiful mission.

I bought this for my 3 year old son who is autistic. He has never liked his shirt rising up, but he outgrew traditional onesies a long time ago (he is very tall). We were also having issues with him getting into messy diapers, and we were hopeless until we found these! It solved the diaper problem immediately, and he definitely feels more secure and comfortable which I hadn't anticipated but am so happy about. I initially ordered one to try but after realizing how great they are and well they work, I ordered several more. I highly recommend these!
