Does not filter well because it needs to be 1/4" longer. There's no remedy. Practically useless unless you can figure a way to plug the gap.

Fit to my 1990's 1 Gallon Shop-Vac. Fits very tight over the inner basket. I found that it was easier to install by "rolling" it over the basket rather than trying to pull it over.

These filters were not like the original. They were too small. I struggled to put them over the motor area and one even tore at the seams making it useless. The filter material itself was much more porous then the original as well. I will not purchase these again.
