Really heavy duty and well constructed. I was hesitant to buy because the seat looked too thin to be comfortable but it has really good padding and extra heavy duty seat cover material. Really easy to put together if you line up the holes on base with a small round Phillips screw driver like on the video. I liked the chair so much that I ordered another one.

It’s nice workbench stool. Easy to install chair. I don’t know why when I buy this stool I was read the reviews they it’s hard to install. Also nice customer service when I placed the order they was send me the email let me know how to install the workbench stool thanks anyway but that’s very easy for my husband. FYI The steel frame can be pressed directly down with my body weight and with my feet to align the holes. And I used a screwdriver to locate the hole, then I smoothly installed it. Feel solid.

I was looking for a workbench high chair that doesn’t roll and found this chair. It has a heavy duty metal frame and is made to withstand a lot I would think, but you’re going to need an extra tool or 2. After installing 2 of the 4 bolts that attach the square to the legs, the other 2 would not line up. I am a 230 pound man and even after standing on the square, it would not match up. I had to manipulate the legs a little and also drill out the wholes a little just for the bolts to fit through. This was the second chair that I bought and had to do this to. After finishing up the assembly, I then noticed that the back rest was crooked. It really does feel and seem like a solid chair when being used and is comfortable, but if you don’t know what your doing then it will be difficult to put together.

I bought this for sitting while doing wood working. Works great. Great comfort. Not so Great putting together. It did test my patience.

Half of the holes on the legs and square frame are so far off, they need to be redrilled. This would probably weaken the stool. Welds are sloppy and the dies must be crap. The manufacturer should be ashamed to put something of this poor quality on the market.Update 01/08/25In defense of the company, they were prompt sending out a new unit but, it has the same problem. Company needs a QA/QC dept. as well as some new dies or jigs and welders.

Couldn’t assemble it to make four legs sturdy on the ground, no way to adjust them. For that price, I was expecting something better.

Not to hard to put together. Very sturdy. I Use it in the kitchen. One important note. Do not fully tighten the nuts and bolts in the legs and foot rest part, leave some wiggle room to help position then holes. Several phillips head screw drivers are also helpful to align up the holes. Once chair is completely put together, seat, bacl and everything - make sure it sit level on the floor. Then tighten all nuts and bolts.

I like that it could adjust the height. Very stable chair and I got all the part that’s needed to install the chairs compare to other review
