I wanted to place to store shoes by the front door without the cluttered look. A traditional shoe rack would leave shoes in site and make the space feel cluttered even though they're technically off the floor. I got the shoe cabinet hoping it would hide the shoes and it does just that. The slatted the doors allows the shoes to get enough air so that they don't get all musty and gross smelling. It matches the rest of our furniture/ decor and is functional at the same time.Assembling this was very easy too. Each piece is numbered which correlates to the instructions that came with the cabinet. I don't recall that it comes with the tools but all you'll need is a screwdriver. Had the entire thing assembled in under an hour.

This fits perfectly between the end of our kitchen cabinets and sliding glass door. Sits right under the countertop ledge! It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. We use the top drawer for dog walking supplies including a towel for wiping feet. The bottom fits 4 pairs of shoes, easily!

A recent addition to my household was a new puppy who quickly laud claim to any shies left out. I bought this to go in space beside my front door. I use the top to keep leashes and puppy supply and two lower to keep my shoes and sandals safe from teething dog.It was very easy ti assemble and fits perfectly in space. It holds all my day to day shoes in bottom two drawers (about 4-5 pair per section)Great value and looks like a regular piece if furniture

This is impossible to build. The instructions don't tell you that you need tools or provide any, and the screws and pieces keep breaking the boards and some of them won't even go in. The starter holes for the screws are useless. What a waste of my money.

This is a well made product, it was heavier and felt sturdier than I anticipated for the price. Assembly took my husband about an hour, and he only needed help when it can time to put the the drawers in, so a second person is probably required to hold drawer in place while first person lined up the screw holes and screws the fasteners in. Looks a great once assembled, and my husband’s size 9 short boots fit well on bottom of one drawer with the divider slat installed on the top space, and his Hey Dudes fine fine on top shelf above boots, however we have to have it about an inch from the wall so the drawer will close all the way, since this unit is more shallow in depth than others (which is why I choose it, to be unobtrusive into entry). My only complaint (thus 4 stars instead of 5, I’d like to give it 4.5) is the top of the slats are very rough, like they weren’t sanded at all before/after painting, and I foresee that being a dust catcher in all the little crevices in a hard to clean area. Overall, a great item to keep the shoe mess contained!
