Came packaged well and easy to install. Shelves not quite level but seemed to level out with installing. Sturdy enough for shoes but not climbing toddlers. Smelled funky upon removal from package. Need a hammer to install the bottom screws holders due to it not being quite square.

This shoe rack is awesome! It holds a reasonable amount of shoes to declutter my entry way without adding its own clutter to the look of my space. The rack was a breeze to set up. Honestly, I didn't even look at the instructions it was simple. Once assembled it feels sturdy enough. It overs 3 shelves of shoe storage. Each shelf holds two pairs of adult shoes or 3 pairs of kids shoes which is perfect for our needs as I prefer to minimize exposed shoes by our front door anyways. The organizer has a simple look to it that easy to match with any home decor style or theme. Overall, I'm really happy with this organizer. It's perfect for our family needs and looks great! Would absolutely recommend!

Easy to assemble and unexpectedly sturdy. My only complaint is that the instructions were the absolute worst! Fortunately, the whole project was intuitive. It took less than 10 minutes to have it all together.

The photo is slightly misleading - those must be children's shoes. I wear a US women's size 7, and can only fit three pair on each shelf. Given that, having nine pairs on the rack instead of twelve is not really a hardship.I knocked one star off the rating because installing the 'feet' required a hammer to get the plastic socket into the end of the metal tubes. The metal was not quite square and inserting the plastic bits caused some shaving off to make them fit.

I ordered this shoe rack not for shoes, but to use as an organizer to store clear plastic storage bins filled with small toys.Instruction sheet is printed in Chinese, the picture diagram is a bit blurry, but still can follow the visual guide. Hardware is included, but due to the warped hollow bottom legs, the plastic threaded insert cube feet cannot simply be inserted into the legs. I had to position the legs upside-down to hammer them in, and during the process the edges of the metal legs are chipping away at the sides of the cube feet.The leg frames looks nothing like the advertised photos, they're narrower, matte, and not as thick or in high-gloss as shown. The legs aren't carbon steel, there's signs of chips, and they came spread apart, I had to bend (easily) them inward to align properly with the ends of each mesh shelves. I guess it's sturdy enough for shoes and lightweight storage, but the quality is lacking.
