I agree with the reviewers. Its 2023 and this item still does not do its job. The hook to the attachment always slides. Waste of money.

I didn't really want one of these, but my husband had one in the past which he really liked. I was pleasantly surprised. It does work well. The directions are printed on the product. I followed them and the fold job looked quite professional and all the shirts came out with the same folded dimensions. You do have to have a t-shirt-sized area in which to use the folder. I used it on top of the washer/dryer at one point and that was okay. Then I moved to the pass-through counter in the kitchen, and that was great!
