I want the refund for this product. we were missing a whole bag of tools unable to build the product without it. we had to buy everything missing in home depot for ourselves. it was a waist of time and money.

This was a perfect addition to our apartment for a perfect price. The directions got a little confusing/tricky at one point but other than that, can’t recommend enough for something cute and simple that holds coats, shoes, bags etc conveniently by the door.

This hall tree was really just what I was looking for for my family of three (about to be four) - dedicated spaces for the kids, lots of shoe storage, and a decent price. And really, it has made our entryway SO much more organized. All the backpacks, shoes, and sweatshirts have a landing place. It did however, come with one defective part - one of the bench seats has pre-drilled holes that are tapped, but not threaded, so there is no way to actually attach it to the frame. Customer service for this seller is non-existent it appears. So, not happy about that, as I’ll be left to find a fix myself, but overall pleased with the product.
