As the description states, the back cushions are on the smaller side so if you want more back support I suggest purchasing a more expensive outdoor couch that has it. This took hours to setup too, the instructions were clear it was just very tine consuming with all of the parts and having to tighten each screw to secure the seat parts in place. The color of the beige cushions and fake wicker body are nice and neutral. The cushions slide but as to be expected without any attachments to the base. Again, you get what you pay for with this. Overall good set for the price, looks like it’ll last a few seasons.

This set looks really nice but it is very very light weight and the material of the pillows is slippery so the pillows do not stay in place. The slightest wind blows the pillows off.

Looks great after everything is put together. Needed myself and one other person to put this together and took at least 1hour 30 min to 2 hours to put together. It’s a little on the shorter side as far as height goes…but after adding the pillows it evens out. I feel it could be a little taller though. Great color and pretty good quality. Functions great for what I needed it for and very soft and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because I felt it could be taller.

This 7-piece set is very comfortable and looks great on our porch. We are impressed with the quality of the cushions, with perfect zippers and piping on the edges of the pillows. The cushions are also a lot more solid and stable than we expected. We are not only happy with the set, but extremely happy with Amazon's customer service. This set was scheduled to arrive the week after I ordered it, but it showed up in 2 days. There were 3 boxes. The contents of the first 2 were in perfect condition, and even contained extra hardware. The 3rd box, however, contained 3 major pieces that were damaged. I contacted customer service who immediately offered to replace the entire box. It was to be delivered within the week, but also showed up 2 days after it was ordered. They also followed up with emails to be sure we were satisfied. Very impressive!

this item ships in two boxes and despite initial appearances, you aren’t missing any cushions as they might be shoved in the wicker pieces. each box comes with a list of parts and a set of instructions to put together whichever box you open first. i got the two chairs and table in the first box and the second box was the “couch”. they’re pretty solid once put together.

The quality is great, we got the dark blue color and it looks amazing on our backyard, it was so easy to put together! The price was so affordable compare to others and for what we got, I think it was the deal of the year.

Assembly was easy for 7 pieces but will take time. A few hours. It look great. Biggest complaint would be the cushions are so slippery on the bases it slides everywhere. I had to buy velcro circles to keep them in place but they only stick for so long (the velcro sticks but the double-sided sticky part does not stick long). And anything with more stick would likely put goo on the cushions. I will come up with another way to secure these to the base; like installing grommets on the cushion corners and zip tie them to the base. Other than that it is as good as the photo shows. The fire pit was $500 on Amazon, the outdoor carpet was pretty affordable too. Oh, the pillows that come with this, just throw them in the trash and get good outdoor pillows. These were to small and useless. Overall good value for the price; final answer.
