Small drag, easily pulled by hand (even weighted). Well constructed, seems durable, worked well on gravel path, a few more miles of dragging will tell on durability...

Welds where the rope is attached to drag the Harrow around broke immediately. Once welds broke the metal bent and Harrow cannot be used. Can I get refund or what is the process?
