This ski mask is incredibly soft and warm. I really like the hooded style of this as well. It covers not only my face and head, but also my neck and part of my shoulders. The mask part can be worn up or down. When up, it covers almost my entire face. Just my eyes show.I’ve only worn this to walk my dog in the extreme cold. It kept me warm the entire time. I do plan to wear it skiing. I’ve tried it on with my helmet to make sure it’s fits. (I always like having my ski gear tested and ready before hitting the slopes.) It fit over my helmet, however, if you have an adjustable helmet like I do, placing this mask underneath is the better option. A few reasons for this, you’ll get better warmth, the hood won’t fly down on windy days or going downhill and if there’s any type of moisture in the air (mist, rain, and/or snow) it won’t get wet and soggy. This material is not wick away or breathable, so when it gets wet, it’s going to stay wet. I do worry about the mask part as well, for the same reason. When I’m cold, my nose runs and I can see the mask getting wet, causing my face to chap. I have this problem with most masked ski covers.This does shed a lot. When putting it on, there were black fuzzies on my shirt and floor. Overall, I’m pleased with this. Even if I end up not using it for skiing, it’s a good winter essential for every day outdoor activities.

I had to return it as the face hole was too small for my face. Still, it seemed like a great product! I was hoping there was a larger size but it looks like there is just the one size.

The hood is warm and goes over the helmet, but the opening is not designed to allow for adjustments to improve peripheral view. I felt that it was not safe to wear this while skiing as it blocked my side view. Maybe it is sufficient for some backyard sledding.

Quality is really nice. It’s really soft. Doesn’t really fit over a ski/snowboarding helmet. It can fit over but it’s pretty tight for an adult sized helmet.

I have scalp psoriasis. I deliver full time for Amazon in michigan. Sweat makes my head itch. This hat does not make me sweat. I use it like a hood/mask/scarf. I do not wear helmet with it. I might even buy a third one to keep for later. Warm, soft, perfect!

Horrible product. Doesn’t fit over the helmet because it’s way too small. We tried several different ways and it just wouldn’t fit. It’s done if you just want to use it as a hoodie hit that’s not what she wanted it for. I do not recommend this product at all.
