These extensions are installed on existing fence, eliminating the need to remove and reinstall the top rail. Extensions are simply bolted onto existing top rail fast and easy. Extensions can be positioned at any angle from vertical to 90 degrees.

These Do NOT fit a 1 3/8” top rail without being very loose. You will have to bend the top rail clamp portion to fit tight.

I had bought these before so expected the same. They have cheapened the design and they WILL NOT clamp on 1 3/8" top rail.
