Awesome speed cube! Movements are very smooth and allow for easy quick solving.Note that middle pieces fall out pretty easily but are simple to pop back into place, and doesn’t affect functionality.

This isn't the best, nor is it the worst. It's a solid starter cube.It has some give on turns and cuts, but it's only so forgiving. The construction is relatively cheap, but it makes sense for the price. It's not magnetic but the tightness can be adjusted (or you can take it apart without breaking it.)

Fast shipping!I've owned other cubes just like this. This is the best of them all.Using a cube is all about ease and this is very easy to use especially if you plan on being a speed-cuber.I'm sure I'll order another one again at some point and this will be the one I fall back on.Thanks!

Es un poco pequeño (lo imaginaba más grande, los acabados son un poco chafas (los colores son estampitas, no piezas de plástico del color, pero gira muy fácilmente, sirve su cometido, supongo

I purchased this cube after reading reviews on how the Hasbro cubes were pieces of junk. This is no surprising because I wrote a review a while back on how an Optimus prime toy that was bought for my son for Christmas also fell apart after few days of use.The package arrived in a simple cardboard box just big enough to hold the cube. It was easy to remove and when I first got my hands on the cube, I was amazed at how well built it seemed. There aren't any stickers on this cube, and each face just have painted textured surfaces. The cube turns very smoothly but isn't loose and doesn't feel like it was going to fall apart. Interestingly enough, I also bought a 4x4x4 Shengshou cube and it doesn't have the same nice textures faces as this one and it uses stickers instead which is weird. As far as this 3x3x3 goes however, I'm very satisfied with it and would recommend it over the cheaply built Hasbro ones not to mention that this cube is less expensive.UPDATE: I need to make a slight correction in my review. Earlier I stated that there weren't stickers on this cube and that the surfaces appeared to be painted with textured paint. I discovered today, that this is not true. This cube does in fact have stickers as evidenced as one starting to peel off. It is not bad, but noticeable enough to realize that they are stickers. But because the cube is still quite durable and turns very smoothly I am satisfied with this cube, and won't change my rating because peeling of stickers should be expected after a while.

The cube moves smoothly and you can feel the good quality the monomer you touch it for the first time. Though it does get stuck rarely which I'm guessing occurs due to improper alignment while solving. It fell from my hand once n the pieces came apart, not the small cubes But the pieces those cubes are made of. In fact it happened thrice. It's easier to put them back if u know where they go. Or sometimes you could mess up the cube.Delivery date for me was mentioned as 4 days from the date I ordered but I expected it to arrive earlier which it didn't unfortunately. It came on the date mentioned and my neighbor had to take it because I had to go out of town on the day of delivery.

This is a highly recommended cube. I bought it from CUBELELO, the best seller in case of rubik's(or not) cubes. I did 1:55 with the funskool cube. That thing was too damn rigid and was costlier than this. This is a branded cube. Really. Don't fear the chinese name. Do some research and you will get to know that ShengShou is a major cube company. This cube is heavily awesome. It has tiles. You can pop out the centre tile and and using a screwdriver, fine tune a face's tension according to your hands. This cube really left me speechless. Don't even think twice about buying it; go for it! I did 1:02 with this one with some practice. It is highly recommended you buy this.P.S. It has vinyl, not stickers so, they won't wear out that easily. You will have to deliberately scratch them to wear them out A BIT. This is better than the rubik's funskool cube's stickers, which have a thin line of plastic on a very thin layer of I-don't-know-what of any color

The Shengshou version is much easier to manipulate, and I really like the feel of the textured paint over stickers. Overall it just has a great feel that’s hard to explain, and is my favorite to use.Different cubes all have a different feel to using them, and there are benefits and drawbacks. There are others out there that are faster and also have magnets. Without those features, this is less of a speed cube, but more of a deluxe replacement for the original. I would say it’s more giftable than the original, as it’s far less frustrating to use. I would also recommend it for beginners over the original or even a “speed cube” version. The included instructions are well made, and great for visual learners.Don’t get the original just because it has the brand name you remember, it’s more expensive and in my opinion feels lower quality than the Shengshou. It just seems like the original is going on brand recognition alone, and it also seems like they’re churning out the same model that hasn’t been improved since the 80s.Also, if you already have one cube and still haven’t learned, get a second one. You can practice algorithms multiple times on both cubes to help reinforce learning. When you only have one and make a mistake, you sometimes have to start all over. So having a second cube literally gives you a second chance. Try it!

In my humble opinion, this cube is superior to the brand name Rubik's Cubes out there. It is much cheaper, and as the description says, is optimized for speed. The turns are *much* smoother than a regular Rubik's Cube. The one problem is durability -- when one of my friends dropped the cube, several of the removable faces popped off. I was able to replace both of them, but one of them did not stick back in when I tried to replace it, and I subsequently lost it.Pros: - Cheap - SmootherCons: - Much less durableOverall, I'd give this 4 stars. It's perfect for someone looking for real speed from their cube, but perhaps not as good for younger cubers just starting out who don't care about speed as much.
