Love this dive computer. My i300c leaked and destroyed it. This computer is rechargeable so it is water tight. Is much easier to read at depth and easier to set up for your dive. Highly recommend!

We did a two-week dive trip in Bonaire and the Peregrine Dive Computer worked great!Highlight - In the 12 days that we were there diving, I didn't have to charge it once! As a matter of fact it had more than 50% battery life remaining. I am far sighted, but the display was very easy to see!Cons - If you surface for a minute to get your bearings and you need to descend again, it sees it as a new dive. This is a little annoying, because if you want to see the number of actual dives you need to delete those short intervals. The only bummer is that I hit some coral rubble when exiting a dive and it scratched the heck out of the lens. I wish that there was a easy way of replacing that.

Wonderful dive computer. Large display, easy to read underwater. I love the vibration feature, not beeping and causing mayhem underwater.

Other than no fly time, this dive computer is intuitive. I only tried to use the manual after finding a no fly time, Shearwater doesn’t use them, I never had to read the manual to figure anything else out. My wife’s Suunto turned into a non intuitive nightmare. Nitros and air options simply disappeared off the menus. The only info we could find suggested those options weren’t available until no fly time reached zero. We are getting rid of it and getting another one of these. We have had a couple of other computers fairly recently and used several we rented. This is by far the easiest to use.

This device is outstanding. Comfortable on wrist, easy to read, excellent display, simple to use with the two buttons. Extremely accurate. Can adjust conservatism, nitrox, etc. Downloads to smartphone or computer. Recharged long lasting battery. I have well over 3000 dives and this is my favorite. If it does what I need it to do, then I use it. Covers recreational diving easily.

Super user friendly, large bright screen which is easy to use and read at depth. Configured to have all you need on one screen while diving.

replaced an older Oceanic I had. Easy to use and easy to read dive computer for a newly certified diver up to an advanced diver as well. NO complaints whatsoever! This one is not air integrated and does not have a digital compass FYI. Shearwater has other awesome dive computers with those features, check it out. :-)

I bought a Shearwater because of their reputation. I went with the Peregrine because I'm not ready to drop $1500 on a Teric plus sensor. The screen is large and easy to read. Set up was minimal as it came configured for rec diving out of the box. So far, it has lived up to its reputation. The only change I made was I ended up taking off the silicone strap and going with shock cord instead. I found the watch had a tendency to slip on my wrist when using the strap. Using shock cord took care of that. I also like that, by using ShearWater Cloud to backup my dive logs, I don't really need to worry about a physical dive log anymore. All the information I could put in to the physical log, I can also put in to Shearwater Cloud.

I had a dive trip coming up to Mexico for an intense week of diving (cenotes, night, deep, drift, etc.) and I wanted a good computer that would be easy to read, navigate the menus and not break the bank. I had looked at my friends choice which was air integrated, but it was 3 times more. I also looked at Shearwater's other selection, but with all the reviews I've read on the internet I chose the Peregrine and I am glad I did.I'm still learning all the features of this DC, but my two biggest must have's which also were my favorites of this computer was the amazing battery life and easy to read display. I dove the entire week without a recharge and it's still sitting at close to 90% while back at home in Seattle. The display is so clear and vibrant making it easy to see current depth, dive time and alerts for safety stop time and depth. Highly recommend this!!!
