I had a chance to use this this past weekend on the flats when we had a strong wind that was causing the boat to drift way too fast to keep the baits in place. This is made well, heavy weight for a drift sock, but not as heavy as a storm anchor (and it doesn't need to be). It included the tie line and buoy, but no trip line to invert the sock for easy retrieval. I added one, but you can live without one if you are careful to not run over your line when motor retrieving (or pull like heck to get it to the boat). I prefer to add the trip line. It came with a storage bag; however, I usually rinse it well in fresh water and allow to dry before packing or they get smelly and grungy fast. I want to take care of this drift sock as it is a great item to have along when needed.
I like to buy stuff

This drift anchor sock works well, easy to deploy and makes a huge difference when trying to control the drift. No need for an expensive GPS spot lock trolling motor on my small vessel, this sock works good enough for most light duty occasions. One of these devices are a must have for fisherman! Keeps you on the spot on top of the fish, no more restarting the motor to reset position! The drift anchor sock looks well made and should last forever. Includes all the necessary equipment to use the sock, though I changed out the rope for some better and more comfortable line. Great price for a great quality piece of marine equipment! I like this one much better that the thin cheap one from the chain marine boat store that cost twice as much. If you are looking for a good drift sock, this one will surely get the job done quickly and easily with very little frustration. Good stuff! A+++
