I didn't realize I bought a refurbished vacuum until I received it and noticed some odd things like scratches so when I started using it I was presently surprised how grateful this vacuum pics up like wow amazing I really hope it continues to do great there is a light green is good read is bad it did turn red for a min but I cleaned the brush and it turned green again over all I'm pleased.its easy to empty and small enough to lug around. Maneuvers pretty good and light weight. But for me it's the suction and functional thank u

The wand is great and the power head does not spin when you have it upright so you don't have to worry about burning a mark on your carpet. Like I did. More than once. And a chair. :) I use this on my rugs and stairs.

First of all I love the Shark products. This particular vacuum is light and turns on a dime. The container that holds the debris is ample and easy to remove and clean. It is easy to remove the parts, like the hose, extension poles and the bottom piece and clean them as well. I use this vacuum for my cleaning business. I purchased a second one for one of my employees. She loves hers as well, for the same reasons.

The set up was easy. The problem is is the hose that goes into the tank never clicks in. So if you use the wand and just stretch it a smidge it comes out. And suction power is pretty light my shark navigator, which is at least seven years old or older in my opinion works better. I’m glad I didn’t throw that out.

I got this one to replace an older model. The color purple is an added touch. Happy with the suction on a brand-new one, I didn't realize how bad the old one was. Still lightweight and happy with my purchase.

Love this vacuum. It picks up more dirt than my last brand vaccuum and it’s sturdy and easy to push sine I’m an older adult and can’t use a heavy vaccuum
