We received the tree very quickly. Unfortunately, the box did not contain the power cord & controller box for the lights. I reported this problem and was soon contacted by SHarconn's customer service.via email for details. I sent them photos of the pieces we received and the shipping lables. (Its hard to photograph something you didn't receive!) A few days later they contacted me to say the missing pieces were shipped, and a few days after that they arrived.We were especially pleased with this resolution since I think this was the last tree of that type and price available.

We love our new slim Christmas tree!! We have a small house and it fits perfectly. The lights can be changed from white to color with the remote control. The price was great, too.

Wanted a slender tree for my screened in porch. This was easy to put together and cute. Not a lot of lights but enough. Would definitely recommend.

We bought this tree for our bedroom for Christmas 2025( upcoming ), but made sure when we got it to see how it worked . It is a nice slimmer tree with options for multicolor lights and warm white . Also , it has a remote control for ease of use . It is a great value and I would recommend .

We don't have much room for a tree so I was looking for one that was on the slender side and this was so perfect! Nice and full without being too wide. Also love that it has the option to do white lights or colored lights and there's so many speeds you can choose from. You can choose to keep them on, Slow blinking, fast blinking, fade away lights option etc. Really good tree for the price

1. stand was broken hence it would not stand up properly. 2. took over an hour to floof it up. I did not expect luxury but I did expect the freaking stand to actually be functional. the tightening screw would not go thru inner wall of base due to not being drilled correctly. it was a good idea and if I can get the stand to hold it upright it might workout but it is so unstable I am afraid to put my heirloom ornaments on it. It is December 19 and the freaking tree is a disaster. so I am now trying to get my old tree to light up. This is possibly the worst piece of Chinese slave labor trash in my adult life . I am not a photographer to get decent pictures to post. ISSUES 1. support from base to leg weld came loose , I do not have a sodering iron. 2. tightening screw to affix stand is not aligned to go thru the inner bit of metal structure. First time buying a more compact tree but I’m truly delighted with this choice. Perfect size and I’m enjoying the additional space it allows. Every bit as lovely as a regular sized artificial tree when decorated and I love the extra features with numerous lighting options and remote control. Anyone wishing to downsize will not be disappointed by this product.

We like the multi color or white lights or both. We love the fact that it's slim and not wide. Easy to program. You really have to fluff to make it look full or we used bigger ornaments. Perfect tree for the price.

Premier Noël avec cet arbre.Quelques branches sont tombées simplement en les placant... il faut être délicat avec celles-ci si on veut qu'elles restent intactes.Les lumières sont belles et il y a plusieurs options de patterns et d'intensité.Ce sapin est parfait pour les plus petits espaces.

I bought this tree for my small condo, It fits well but the lights are defaulted. When you hit mode one on the switch your support to be able have clear white light but as you can see from my photo I end up with coloured lights on the top and clear on the bottom. I tried all the modes and I am unable to get the lights be all clear together. As I bought this tree a few months ago it looks like I have missed the time to return the tree so now I am stuck with defaulted lights. Super disappointed in the tree. I would recommend not buying this tree
