I am very upset cause I had to deliver a job for my client this morning, so I was expecting the package yesterday as Prime Member with 2 days delivery. The package arrived only with the rope, no pulleys or hooks. is time that the replacement has not been delivered, and my job will be delayed 2 days more cause of this.

I decided to get the larger package with 30 and 30, but the Box that they were packaged in was so flimsy that at some point that box was put into another box because pieces were falling out. I received 20 pulleys, 27 clips and the three ropes. If it wasn't for the fact that I absolutely needed them I would have returned this whole thing.

Preliminary review looks good. A bit smaller than I expected. Good for small diameter rope. Glad some rope came with it.Glad I didn’t go with the M15 size. Also bought some M20 doubles that happened to be the size that I was anticipating.

the metal pieces seems fine and i hope they will hold up for a year but my biggest problem is the chords they sent. The internal part of the chords are coming out of the covering where there were bends in the chord due to the boxing and shipping. This demonstrates that he webbing is substandard and will most likely not hold up for more than 6 months to a year.

Inner dimensions are incorrect, they will not accept a 1/4" rope, and once installed, the pulley wheel does not move, they just slide across rope
