Ordered twice. First shipment arrived with the cauldron only - no fogger/LED lights. Second shipment arrived - parts were included. The cauldron is too big for the fogger/mister, as the fog doesn’t rise out of the cauldron.

I ordered this to tie my Halloween window display together. I picked this one because it seemed to be the highest rated and it was a cauldron and mister combo. I received and set it up yesterday and I’m so disappointed. The mist doesn’t reach up enough to see it unless you are looking down into the cauldron. Possibly because of the rim or lip, not really sure. I have it raised on a jar about 2-1/2 inches and it seems to show minimal difference. I thought maybe the splash guard was too big so I trimmed it. It did help A LITTLE but as you can see in the picture the water is getting everything soaked outside of the cauldron.Item description shows it working as it should but that’s not how the item I received worked. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Easy to use. Fill the water above the piece you put in the middle. It does splatter like the other reviews say. So don't put it next to anything you don't want getting wet. It doesn't create a huge mist, just enough to fill cauldron.

The cauldron is way too small. Water got everywhere!!! Unable to use until I get a bigger cauldron. Thanks for making me waste money.

I did use this in a larger cauldron simply because of the scale of my outdoor decorations, not for lack of function, but the mister works awesome! Make sure you cover it with at least a couple of inches of water. It does ‘spit’ if there isn’t enough water. And the color-changing lights make it look super cool. Definitely recommend for adding a simple but dramatic effect to your Halloween decor.
