Nice oil for hair however it does attract dirt. I read some reviews that it didn’t attract dirt but that’s not true. I love it for Maine and tails also made clipping easier

Does not include spray nozzle despite picture showing one and no where in the ad does it say it does not include nozzle. Not super useful as now I have to go find a spray nozzle. Value for money you can find with a nozzle for same price elsewhere.

Pros:- Puts life and shine into a clipped coat better than any other shine spray or leave in conditioner I’ve tried, keeps the dull mousy look away- Actually improves coat and skin health from the outside (obviously you need to be feeding for health as well)- Pleasant rose scent- Makes dirt and dust easy to wipe off- Light enough to use several days a weekCons:- It did not come in a spray bottle, so I used my own. But this product doesn’t need to be misted onto the coat, you can also mix it into warm water and buff it in with a cloth- It will ATTRACT dirt, as it is not a silicone product like Show Sheen. But as stated in the pros, it makes it easy to wipe off so if you use it at a show, have a rag at the ready to wipe down your horse immediately before going into the ring- Not good on thick or winter coats, it’ll look greasy and be difficult to buff down to the skinDefinitely a staple for me as one of my horses stays body clipped year round.

Works very well to condition and smooth my Lusitano’s long mane and tail. Bought off of a recommendation from a professional groom on Tiktok. It imparts a sparkly shine to my gelding’s white mane and tail. Also fabulous to “oil buff” coat to repel dirt and dust. Put a few drops in a bucket of warm water and saturate a microfiber cloth. Wring out and buff into horse’s coat avoiding the saddle area. A great tiare flower scent as well!

I read the reviews so I went to the hair supply store and bought a hair professional spray bottle for $2.96. Worked like a charm. I did a treatment yesterday without the sprayer (bought it today) and it was difficult. Today it sprayed evenly and all knots in his mane combed through. I liked the rose scent and my quarter horse didn't seem to mind at all. Tomorrow I'll work on his tail. I will buy again.

I ordered light oil for one of my sorrel geldings. He has pretty bad dry skin and constantly has rain rot or something on his skin. I started using light oil 1 month ago and the condition of his skin is much better!!!!! The sprayer however sucks! After about the second use it broke. Otherwise very happy and it made one of my other old men (32years) look very good after a body clip!

This oil does exactly what I wanted it to do (and more!). My mare's tail gets dried out and brittle at the ends, and I use a light oil to make it smooth and easier to brush out instead of constantly applying a silicone-based detangler. I've found it also does a nice job of conditioning her skin in a couple places where it gets dry and flaky, and really does help pick up surface dust and leave the coat with marvelous shine.HOWEVER, I've removed one star because this is all after I bought a different spray nozzle. The one it comes packaged with simply cannot handle the oil. Squeeze, get one spray, then wait 30 seconds for it to re-set for a second spray? NO THANKS. Dropping $5 on a higher-end spray nozzle (intended for essential oils) was definitely worth it for my sanity!
