I don’t know how it works or what’s in it but it works! I do heavy bag boxing workouts and I definitely notice a difference, if I don’t use this stuff on my hands afterwards my hands will be sore and bruised the next day but if I do use it? No pain, minimal bruising 🤷🏻♂️

I thought it would heat up and be stronger like some other liniments but it wasn’t.so I really can’t tell if it’s working. I know theirs stronger liniments out their I just have to keep looking. Thank you.
