I ordered this for my E450 motorhome. They sent one for a F450. Went to install and wrong fit. Called on a Saturday and they answered. Who would have believed that. They said they would ship one out Monday. Then said don't send it back. But gift it to someone that could use it. Who does that in today's world? I will tell everyone what an awesome product. What an awesome company.

It is a nice cover but they king of skimped on the size it was hard to cover the window correctly. They did not send any extra srews or clips, they are tiny and when they fall on the ground you can't always find them. Consider putting a couple extra what they probably cost a few pennies. Overall they are a nice shade.

You can only attach it with screws, which is okay for an old model, not for a new one!

The quality of the screens is very good. The only drawback is the hardware namely the attaching screws . The screws are of very poor quality and will shear easily.I suggest going to a quality hardware store and purchasing quality screws that will be able to sustain greater shear loading. Inferior hardware seems to be a norm with most assembly kits of any product these days. Still I was very satisfied with my purchase.

The product is great, it came custom fitted for our RV. We didn't install the side window covers for like a year after buying, and since then I lost the fasteners. ShadePro communicated with us and sent us new fasteners at no cost.

This shade system is great. The supplied screws are trash, but I had my own that I used instead. The shade is very durable and holds up to all kinds of weather. The best part about the shades is that you get protection from snooping eyes and sun on the outside but the inside still has visibility outward. With the right size ladder, you can put it up and take it down quickly. The hardest part is mounting the fasteners to the RV. And I would recommend not leaving the shades on the RV after a rain downpour because you'll want to clean your shade and windshields often. Its just basic RV maintenance.
