This shade sail hardware kit has been very useful in hanging a sun shade in my backyard.The hardware is made of high-quality materials, and the kit is thoughtfully designed to be flexible and versatile. I am able to easily adjust the length of the hooks so that my sun shade hangs perfectly.I will be ordering a second one soon to put up one more sun shade.

This kit has all that you need to hang and tension your shadesail. There are cable clamps, anchor rings, turnbuckles, carabiners and screws. With the four cables that have thimbles installed and crimps you can set your shades angle and they include cable clamps if you need to shorten them. Everything is made of stainless so it will stand up to the elements.

This is a nice kit that has everything I need to hang my sun screen sail by myself. It has easy to follow instructions and I was able to put it up without needing extra pieces. It so far has held up to 70 mph winds without pulling out,

This kit literally comes with absolutely everything that you would need to hang and properly tension your sail. There are cable clamps, anchor rings, turnbuckles, carabiner and screws. Everything is made of stainless steel which will be weather resistant. Unfortunately it is winter right now and I can not hang this quite yet. I have not doubt this kit will be perfect for the job and a lot less expensive than purchasing each of these items separately. This will undoubtedly make installation very simple and painless.

I picked this set as it comes with a cable, which really helps when attaching the shade sail. It comes with al the hardware needed for the cabling. I was previously using some nylon rope to tie down my sun shade but the UV rays from the sun pretty much disintegrated them. Hoping that this cable will last much longer. The turnbuckles seem somewhat small but they work well once it has been tensioned properly. Overall happy with this product.

I live in the high sunny, windy desert in arizona. We go through a *lot* of sun shades and mounting hardware. This hardware is suitable for mounting a small (6'x6' or less maybe) sail in a place that does not get more than gentle breezes.The turnbuckles are the weak point here. Small gauge, pot metal brackets, and just a tiny bit more than 2-inches of adjustment. If you go through all the effort of mounting a lightweight sail all perfectly taut, and it stretches out a bit (as all lightweight sails do), you're going to have to re-mount everything because there won't be enough leeway in the turnbuckles to tighten it fully. Also, like all turnbuckles, they will slowly unscrew themselves with any gentle movement of the cables they're attached to. You'll need to go to your local hardware store and get a set of nuts that fit on the screw shafts to use as lock-nuts. Otherwise your sail will come down every week or so.Also, it's kindof silly to be selling this with little plastic anchors. If you're not mounting your shade sail directly into solid wood -- with much beefier screws than the ones supplied here -- you're going to come out one morning after a windy night and find your sail has sailed away.The strong point here is the wire rope. Looks like decent 1/8" cable which can withstand forces far greater than anything else in the kit.
