This kit is great. Everything you need in one place to replace your seals and bearing / races. It's very convenient to have everything in one box and not have to go digging through the toolbox to find the right parts to get the job done. It works great and all the tools are very well made and heavy duty. Great price for a super great product

I picked these up to add to my collection of accessories for my hydraulic press. I did not note that these were made of aluminum. That being said I will not be using these for that purpose. I don't have an immediate use for them but Im sure I'll be glad I have this set when the day comes.

This bearing press kit comes in a sturdy plastic molded box with two clasps securing it closed. The bottom of the box is textured plastic, and the top of the box has a smooth plastic rectangle right in the center. I took a pen and wrote "THIS SIDE UP" in this rectangle, because I opened the box upside down and the parts scattered EVERYWHERE. It took a while to fit them all back in their proper places; they aren't tightly fitted in their slots, but drop in (and fall out!) rather easily. Tool and a free puzzle, yay! But don't do that, seriously.The kit comes with 3 handles and 30 adapters. The tools are made of a rust-resistant aluminum alloy, very strong and comfortable in the hand. This tool kit is very nicely engineered for the mechanic's comfort and success.Each adapter is engraved with the size, and the handled have textured grips for easy control. The metric adapters are color coded blue, and the black ones are in fractional inches, so the kit can be used on a wide variety of vehicles. Nearly every wheeled vehicle has bearings, from a car, to a tractor, to an ATV, or a riding lawn mower. This kit is a kit for smaller bearings, and would be a good companion for a bearing press kit with larger adapters, to complete the collection.If this bearing press kit is kept clean and stored correctly, it should last for years and years. It has the quality you would see in a professional mechanic's toolbox. It's very reasonably priced for the durability and engineering that went into it. A++

This is a very nice set of bearing drivers and a great addition to my shop. I don't need this tool set everyday, but when I do it makes the job that much easier. No more need to "McGyver" some type of driver out of my socket set or piece of round stock that happens to be laying around the shop. Instead I can select the exact right size driver that fits the diameter of the bearing, race or seal that I am looking to install. Then just slip it on to one of the handles and I am ready to tap it in. I like that each driver is designed to fit into the bearing and seal to center up the driver. This holds the part being installed in place and keeps the tool from sliding out of position while installing. It also looks like I can also use the drivers in my hydraulic press making them even more versatile.

The set includes metric and inch sizes which sounds like a great idea, but in reality you could do most any job with just one or the other. There is a lot of unnecessary overlap and redundant sizes. The box is numbered for each piece, but the numbers are completely meaningless. If you're looking for a specific size you'll need to pull each piece out and either test fit or measure it. The driver handles are made of aluminum, they would be far better if made of steel. If you're looking for a set to do automotive wheel bearings you should probably look for a different set with larger diameters. This set is better suited for smaller bearings and seals. Overall it is a nice light-duty set of small bearing/seal drivers.
