I’m a full time mobile detailer and durability is such an important part of choosing tools and equipment. I’ve tried every foam applicator on Amazon and even the best fall apart, shred, peel away from the base, or just fail to spread product adequately to begin with. This guy is TOUGH. I’ve used it for several months to make sure I had a feel for it, and I can say that it’s no less capable as day 1. It’s durable enough to put some pressure on it with the handle and get into the crevices of knobby truck tires sidewalls where foam would shred. Being so porous, it picks up a lot of dirt and is starting to turn a darker shade, but I imagine a little soak in some degreaser and a good rinse and it’ll be good as new again.I will for certain buy a replacement once this one starts to go.

Works really well. Not sure why others have complained about difficulty with rough surfaces. The tires on my Wrangler have raised letters but this applicator worked great b

The idea is great but the red material is horrible. Doesn’t get into the tire treads or the lettering in the sidewall. The material is just too stiff
