When advertised with "excellent grip," I had no idea of the strength. Was almost impossible to separate the 2 Velcro sides. Will not work for sewing project I had in mind. Would probably would quite well for a home decor or craft project that required excellent grip.

When this arrived I was so disappointed because the backing felt too hard to sew on my machine….was positive the needle would break! But I did a test piece and I COULDN’T BELIEVE how well my old sewing machine sewed both pieces of Velcro to the material!!!!!! It was like magic! Easy peasy!!!!! So happy!!!! And there’s a ton of it for future projects…. Amazing price too!

I used this Velcro to help raid mod and attach Velcro points to the top and this worked totally great. Does not have adhesive so this will need to be sewn on but my sewing machine had no issues poking through it. The Velcro is durable, doesn’t fray, and if the sewing doesn’t line up how you want it I had no issues seam ripping it and reusing the pieces. I think for the price you get a good amount of Velcro and I could easily raid mod 2-3 tops with one roll if I’m only adding strips to the shoulders.

Easy to stitch through and works really well. The larger size has more area to grab if you need to make an item adjustable.
