This is a loose leaf tea that's well-sealed: The lid is sealed, the inner lid is sealed, and the bag inside is sealed. Upon opening it, my leaves were fragrant and fresh.I followed the directions to a T, which I rarely do, but they're so clearly stated and easy to follow, how could I not? This makes a wonderful cup of oolong! Smooth and rich, went a hint of floral, to my nose anyway.
