This is beautifully done and in bright colors that are appealing. It is easy to clean when spilled on. The food guide has large print and is easy to understand. It is very easy to glance over when I start to pull something from the refrigerator to see if it is on the list. I wish the lists of what can be eaten freely would have been longer:-) Some common foods, like bananas, aren't even on any of the lists so I am still having to use my computer. The recipes are varied. Too many have ingredients (ex. eggs) that are in a group of foods (meats) that shouldn't be eaten more than twice a week.

Very helpful with this list of anti-inflammatory food list. Extremely satisfied. Now I know what foods to avoid and which food to be added too my daily menu. Highly recommend this product to people who are not sure of what foods are causing them discomfort.

When I ordered didn’t realize that I would receive 2 so I gave one to my friend who is diabetic. She said this makes it easier for her to determine which foods are best to eat. Perfect so happy that I ordered this.

This is a set of two anti-inflammatory diet food list and recipes. I absolutely love this! I am trying to follow the anti-inflammatory diet and I need help incorporating this new way of eating. This product is laminated on a tri-fold folder. The food guide folder lists a lot of things in each category and in the back it explains why you want to have an anti-inflammatory diet, and what inflammation is. In the other folder, it has lovely recipes incorporating a lot of the foods that are on the list categorized by breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. These folders are written in larger text in a very colorful and appealing manner. I am anxious to try everything here, it is a great tool and reference. I get bored quickly reading books with lots of words! This presents the diet in an exciting manner!

Made very well. Perfect for people new to inflammatory issues. Incudes a folder with recipes. The plastic is nice so you don’t have to worry about the print being messed up.

Very helpful in choosing foods, broken down by category, i.e., veggies, fruits, and fish, that are full antiinflamatory goodness. The fact that every page, including six pages of recipes, is laminated is an added bonus.
