They're good, they stick to the control vinyl a little more than than the original Grey ones but that doesn't affect performance. I like these a lot. I've been using them off & on for over a year when I'm not using my Frosted butter rugs. I like these just as much as any of my other slipmats. And some anti-static cleaning solution should help if you have static. The main thing is they do the job. I know some DJ's like these as much as the originals. I almost always use some Dr. Suzuki slip sheets underneath the slipmats (i used to make my own) but don't have the time for that these days. They help the Vinyl or Control Vinyls spin a little better for beat juggling, cutting etc. But it's more of a preference thing. With or without slip sheets these will give you everything you need. I'm pleased... the positive reviews were correct.Nicely designed, I have really good control over the vinyl.They're smooth and have the right amount of "slip" for DJ Turntablist... These are the same renowned Butter Rugs, just with the Serato logo. Replaced the slipmats that came with my Reloop Rp-8000 mk2s that were felt. These are much thinner, and makes my vinyl glide.

These slipmats are exactly what I needed with my Technics 1200s and Serato control vinyl. They are the perfect thickness for me and have just enough slip.
