After four years, I can certainly say that it is a good product, I bought three sets , and none of them failed. The first machine was installed by a professional licensed installer, and the next two I installed myself. - I recommend it, it is not suitable in areas where the temperature drops below -10 C. Irek

The unit seems to be OK. Other than the short supply lines for a ceiling unit seems a little stupid and if you install it yourself, you don’t get a warranty.

It is mounted in the ceiling so it is very unobtrusive. Quiet and efficient we have barely noticed the electrical usage on our bill. Customer service is excellent. We mounted it in the center of our guest cottage and if you leave the doors to the bathroom and bedrooms cracked the temperature in all the rooms is very comfortable.

Purchased this model because ceiling was my only viable option.Provides good heating during winter, and great cooling during summer.The built-in dehumidifaction function is also a great addition.It is quiet, and so far I am happy with the results, would recommend.Unfortunately I was not lucky and the first unit I received was defective and just wouldn't work after installment and troubleshooting, but after contacting Senville support, they sent me a new replacement unit which has been working flawlessly.

Après deux mois d'utilisation, très satisfait de mon achat ! que de bon commentaire jusqu'à présent, fonctionne presque 24 hrs par jour dus aux innombrables canicules de cet été. Seul bémol la tubulure qui relie les deux unités est très mince ! acheter une tubulure de meilleure qualité ! et 24000 btu est parfaite pour une maison de 24" x 48". La cassette est de 33''x 33 " et les hors-tout 37"'x 37 " j'ai fait une boîte de 35"'x 35"'x15 " et modifier un trust de la couverture, beaucoup de travail mais le résultat est très satisfaisant !!!

Bought this unit to replace a 36K BTU Fujitsu ceiling unit that was at end of life. Installation was pretty straightforward. Had an error on start-up. Tech-support diagnosed the problem and sent me a replacement board. Unit has been running running fine ever since

My unit is IS STUCK ON F7 it will not work. Power went out and cam back on and the unit will not turn back on it stuck. Its been some days now 😪.
