THIS WORKS GOOD. IT TAKES A BIT TO GET THE HANG OF IT BUT ONCE YOU DO IT IS REALLY FUN. IT SEEMS THOUGH THAT YOU NEED TO USE A THICKER YARN THOUGH. I HAD A THINNER YARN AND IT DIDN'T WORK TO WELL. SO I BOUGHT A THICKER YARN AND IT WORKED GREAT. I DID NEED TO WATCH QUITE A FEW VIDEOS ON YOU TUBE BEFORE I GOT THE HANG OF THIS SO AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE THIS IS GREAT. THIS REALLY HELPS PASS THE TIME. I REALLY LOVE THIS AND I AM HAPPY WITH IT.

I have used a few knitting machines in my time, and this one is by far my absolute favorite. I wish it were my first one, as it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary time and trouble. To get you started, it comes all the accessories you need to get the feel of the machine, including different needles and four small bundles of yarn. Most importantly it came with excellent written instructions that were clear and easy to follow. This is essential as there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to these machines. I found out the hard way, but you don’t have to. They do an excellent job of explaining how to thread the machine all the way through on how to correct “dropped stiches” and removing your knitting when it is finished. Understanding the hows and whys is very important and necessary in being able to turn out the best product. There is also a QR code to scan for two short silent videos showing the different techniques between tube (circular) and panel (flat) knitting.Mechanically, it runs very smooth with absolutely no snagging and no grinding. But it gets even better as there is an included row counter which (in my book) is an absolute must! It just makes it so much easier not to have to mentally keep count of each new row and knowing all my projects will turn out the perfect length. This product easily gets 5 Stars from me. All-in-al, this is the best in its class for this type of knitting machine especially if you are a first-time user. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful product

Sentro machines are considered one of the best in-the-round knitting machines, and this is no exception. I am beyond grateful to have this; as I’d used a generic version of a Sentro in the past. Gears turn well, and the mechanisms move smoothly. There is a learning curve to these little machines - YouTube is your friend! Get some claw weights for the bottom of your work, and make sure the machine is clinging to a solid, flat surface for best results. The instructions I received were all in Chinese, but there are sooo many online resources I don’t see that it matters.

I love this knitting machine, it was pretty easy to use. The included yarn are nice colors that compliment each other and can be used as waste yarn for your projects. I was able to make a hot water bottle cover successfully as my first project. The suction cups weren't the greatest, but they can be removed and clamps can hold the machine down at the feet at least.

It worked for 1 beanie the first beanie and then it was dropped stich after dropped stitch. Sending back for a refund and getting the Addi Express King Size also with 48 pins. Hopefully I'm getting what I pay for with the Addi.

My daughter bought this with her Christmas money. She's a hat making QUEEN! We have so many hats now we don't know what to do with them. Let's just say that everyone we know will be getting hats next Christmas. She hasn't played around with making flats yet, but it gives her so much joy and honestly, every time I wear the hat she made me I get compliments. I look at the quality and I can't believe my 12-year old made it -- so good!

It only takes the more expensive stretchy yarn. All it does is drop stitches. I’m highly disappointed. I waited for it to arrive. I made a hat with the yarn it came with but it was super small. I used my own yarn and the stitches kept slipping. I’m returning the machine. Just know that you need to buy pricier yarn for it to work.
