This thing definitely preferred 3-4 weight acrylic yarn. It doesn’t do well with loosely plied yarn. Otherwise easy to use and great for small projects!

This machine word Awsome for premie hats .. Will be able to get a lot made for the hospitals and women’s shelters .. Highly recommend for first time knitting machine user ..

The first time I used this, it worked with a great deal of ease. The next time, it kept getting stuck. The issue is it works on a cog basis and it keeps slipping off the cog. So as your cranking around, suddenly it get's stuck or slips of the cog. The more rows I attempted to do the worse it got. If you are on a fixed income, I would not recommend buying this product because it won't last very long. I wish I could get a refund, but since it worked so great the first time, I threw away the box. So now it will go in the donation box.

I receded my machine today as stated I was disappointed that when I looked at the machine there was no row counter which I thought was in the discription and also there was no sewing needles, and it was left out in the rain.

This broke within 1 week I had it and used it 1 time. The handle skipped on any yarn so was unable to use. The company is not the greatest to work with if you have to return it. Not recommended

My niece requested something similar to this, but it didn’t get very good reviews and was approximately the same price. I gave her this on 24 December and she’s already made several items. She’s definitely loving it.

The best part of the sentro 22 is that it works perfectly. The downsides are the lack of a row counter and the inability to clamp it down due to the shape of it's rounded bottom. I was able to velcro it down and so far, been able to count rows manually but eventually if I decide to make something precise I will need to purchase an electronic counter for it. Had to return an addi which was manufactured defective with catch points that would split yarns but my sentro does not split my yarns and I am loving it. Also, it came early even though Amazon says it has a late arrival so... don't know what's going on there.
