It is durable and safe, and built to withstand daily use by active little hands. The board is also compact and portable, making it easy to take along for travel or keep in the car for long trips. I got this sensory activity board for my mom after noticing how much she enjoyed fiddling with a similar toy the grandkids have. She played with it alongside them, and it seemed to help her relax and focus, so I thought having her own might be a nice addition to her day. It also comes with 12 stretchy strings and a travel bag, making it easy to toss in a bag and bring along for any outings. The board is double-sided and has a bumpy texture, but I'm not sure what it's for. The design is simple but engaging, with enough variety to keep her hands busy without feeling overwhelming.What I like most about this is how versatile it is. It’s marketed for kids, but it works just as well for adults who might benefit from a calming activity. For my mom, it’s a way to stay engaged and focused, especially during quieter moments at home. The grandkids have already tried to claim it as their own, so I might need to get another one!

I have been ordering some sensory toys for my little grandson who uses them in therapy. This sensory board is a bit challenging for him currently but I feel that it is definitely helping him. I have noticed that when he plays with it he does seem to exhibit a lot of focus which is something that he struggles with. The board itself is very sturdy and since it includes 12 strings it keeps him plenty busy. Very pleased with it.

I think if this was bigger it would be appropriate for my elderly mom with Alzheimers. But honestly it makes her frustrated because it is too small. Perfect for small people with fidgeting issues but please know that you should always moniter childer who also may bite and chew the silicone pieces!

The sensory activity board is a very satisfying fidget toy. While made for young children, even older kids like using it to calm and destress. It is well made and it is very quiet so it can be used during class and even at church. It is great for travel.

This is a nice product with varies textures. The "ropes" for nicely in the crevices and allow for hours of fidgeting and creative enjoyment. The labyrinth isn't a true labyrinth as it has multiple ways to reach the center. The silicon material is soft and adds to the comfort of the texture. This will see a lot of use.

I actually got this for myself, a 34 year old autistic adult! I love it! It has been nice to have a screen free way to distract my hands and brain, and allow me to reset my emotions.My 3yo would also probably enjoy it, but I haven't shared it with her yet.The little "ropes" are silicone strings. I thought they may have wire in them or something that made them stiff, but they do not. They're floppy. Having a bag for it all is nice, too.Only thing that's a slight negative, if you flex the board AT ALL then the strings pop out. Annoying if you're trying to draw a pattern and the board isn't on a hard surface, but not a problem.

As an adult with sensory issues this toy is perfect for me especially at work. I know this toy will keep me busy during meetings. I was very happy with that I received and can’t wait to use this during teams meetings at work.
