It’s incredibly gentle yet effective, providing relief and protection without any discomfort. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my dental health since I started using it. However, I do wish the flavor was a bit stronger for a more minty feel—this is just a personal preference. I'm sure fans of this product love the subtle flavor as to not cause irritation.
