This is a better choice of Sensodyne toothpaste then my last flavor. I had a very hard time using that lasttube. This has a nice Minty taste and leaves the mouth feeling cool.

It’s true!My dentist — your’s too, no doubt — can actually measure the hardness and the thickness of the crucial enamel layer in the outside of your teeth. When my dentist’s records showed the enamel on my teeth thinning and softening, he recommended this toothpaste. Though skeptical that a coupling of minutes per-day with a toothpaste could do anything, I switched immediately.The measured results show that my tooth enamel has hardened and thickened significantly.The hot/cool sensitivity I was suffering from is just gone, totally gone. I eat hot foods. I enjoy ice cream again with no sensation in my teeth at all.And my teeth are naturally white. My dentist explained that the pulp inside of teeth is actually sort of a beige/yellow color. One of the causes of tooth yellowing is thinning of the white enamel such that the beige/yellow of the pulp starts to show through.
