Great volleyball. This is high quality, and used by all the recreation leagues and clubs in my area. It’s a normal weight, usually for ages 10 and up.

This one in particular has the "bladder" I do not recommend this for school use for that reason. Not everyone knows how it works or what it is. However, this same ball (without the bladder) is what my team uses for the Middle school level. We have older ones of this brand that we have had for 10+ years at school. This is our 2nd ball for home practice. I love love the color orange. I wanted it to pop among the usual colors during a game or practice.
