Excellent sound quality. You need a preamp that can give you at least 55dB boost.

Voor het eerst deze aangeschaft na het altijd hebben van een shotgun microfoon. ik moest wel erg wennen aan het oppakken van veel omgevingsgeluid. Maar alsnog prachtig geluid met een beetje voice isolation in de edit heb je net hetzelfde als een shotgun microfoon maar dan dichtbij.Een advies voor de verkoper is om nog duidelijker aan te geven dat dit om telefoons gaat, bijvoorbeeld al in de titel. Ik heb het toen niet goed gezien.

This is a great little mic. I would expect no less from sennheiser. The only issue is the foam wind filter muffles incoming audio quite a bit so if you're indoors there is no need to use it.

I bought this Sennheiser Pro Audio Condenser Microphone, XS Lav USB-C (509261),Black on March 9, 2022 . The mic in my camera worked so I just kept it as a backup. Today the mic in my camera went in & out during a livestream. So I thought I'll try this after to see if it will do. NO GO. I am using it on a PC running windows 10. It wont pic up my voice unless I hold it to my mouth. Useless for YouTube lives. But works for voice overs okay . I'm very disappointed for the amount it cost that it's pretty meh. It's been babies since I bought it there's no reason for it not to work . I have check ALL my settings . I have nothing left to turn up. If I find it's a setting I will gladly correct this review.

Good quality, clear, good voice balance, eliminates a lot of background noise. However, the gain is incredibly low. On OBS I can adjust it manually (+20db!) and it sounds great. However, I have to rely on automatic settings in apps like zoom or built-in camera on iPhone. I wish there was a simple and cost-effective way to increase the gain on MacOS and iOS beyond what it thinks Is 100%. Right now it's running audio hijack and loopback to get more gain out of this thing.

I bought it for my team/zoom calls on the road, and this thing sounds way better than the jabra evolve 65 line, and better than some bluetooth microphones (some no brand, but still better than headsets too).The fact that is usb-c, also helps a lot as one does not have time for setting up misconfiguration when using 3.5mm jacks (which in business laptops are not that good neither).

Lo uso collegato alla mia dji osmo action 3 e sinceramente lo trovo ottimo!Ho nascosto i cavi all'interno del casco e il risultato audio è più che valido!

I wanted a mic that wasn't a bulky headset for meetings and was very happy with how this looks and sounds. It's on the pricey side but if you want a good sounding mic that doesn't stand out on camera this is it.

- The cable is long enough for most use cases.- Connection to my desktop PC with Windows 11 was not plug & play. It didn't get recognized by the OS when plugged into a USB-C port directly, but worked when I used a USB-C to USB-A adapter (not included) to plug it into a USB-A port. On the phone (Z Fold 4), the mic works flawlessly when connected to the phone's USB-C jack.- The clip on the mic has a really tight grip, which means it will hold its place securely, but also means it's a bit@h to open the clip to even use it.- The sound quality of the recording seems OK enough for casual use.

I have used it for working meetings together with earphones and the communication has improved significantly. More clarity in what I speak and less noise from the outside. Quality and performance are excellent.
