Luckily my friend has one of these already. I've been going through years of audio frustration, I found a motorcycle communication system that actually works and can see why my friend has one. The intercom's mesh technology make a huge difference, just pop on the same channel, and you're instantly connected with crystal-clear audio that cuts through wind noise. The speakers deliver rich sound, making navigation and rider chats feel incredibly natural. The smartphone app is a nice convenience, letting me control everything from my handlebar-mounted phone without fumbling with tiny buttons. It has a built-in flashlight that saved me during a roadside stop. This system represents a significant leap in motorcycle communication technology for riders who value connectivity and convenience. This is a definite recommend from me!

I've only just begun using this headset after having the old model for more than one year, and the differences are there. The new Harman Kardon speakers are lovely! Provides sound that is much louder and clearer compared to the old one. I used to get bad audio, picking up voices and music while driving very fast or with too much wind noise, but everything now sounds better! The battery lasts a bit longer, but not a huge difference! It kind of has a lot of small upgrades here and there that make the overall product better than the 60s. Kind of like a new iPhone each year.

Very poor performance compared to earlier model. This model has kept failing every time I used it.An absolute disappointment.

I have the much older Sena 10s and decided to upgrade to this new dual pack. My intention with the dual pack is to be able to communicate with my wife when we ride. I took this on a solo run first and was impressed with the improved auto quality. I liked the flashlight feature which I thought was a bit gimmicky until I needed to pull over and retrieve something from my bike bag when it got dark. This was a great convenience feature. I liked the face plates that are included. I get four to choose from.During my ride , there was reduced noise (when compared to my 10s) as well. The Harmon Kardon speakers were definitely an improvement in audio quality and clarity. I liked the fact that the unit can easily be transferred from one helmet to the next. The problem with this, for me, is the type of mount clamp. This system should have made the boom mic attachment to the second mount clamp optional (not fixed). I do not use open face helmets so the boom mic is useless to me. I tried reaching out to Sena to see if additional helmet mount clamps were available but no response yet. Overall, I appreciated the improved intercom and audio features. I liked the ability to switch up the look , and to easily transfer the unit between helmets but this unit suffers by making the second unit a boom mic attachment with no way around it but to conceivably purchase another mount which does not use a boom mic. Sena WE NEED A SECOND NON-BOOM MIC MOUNT and as someone who has multiple helmets, an option to purchase helmet mounting clamp separately (as is the case with the 50S)

I have reviewed many helmet intercom devices for Amazon, all priced well below what these Sena intercoms cost. I have been wondering what these higher priced units do differently or better than similar devices that can be purchased here for substantially less money. After trying these units out, this is why I think they are worth the extra cash. 1) 450 yds of quality intercom reception between the two units, which is farther than any other units I have used, and 500 yds of good reception when paired with another brand's intercom. 2) Sena provides two of everything needed to mount each unit on 2 separate helmets, something I haven't seen from any other brand's products. 3) There is virtually no pairing needed for the mesh communications these intercoms use, just put them on the same channel (there are 6 channels), push one button and they talk to each other. 4) Music can play during intercom use. Its volume is just reduced during conversations. 5) The Sena motorcycling app (android version) is outstanding. It allows for easy OTA firmware upgrades and complete control of these units from a handlebar mounted cellphone. Now I don't have to fumble around trying to find buttons on the unit which I can't see when riding my motorcycle, more of a distraction then tapping my mounted phone's screen. 6) Excellent audio quality with lots of volume. 7) They can be instantly removed from the base mount for charging without having to unplug the mic and speakers. These are the main reasons I have found that make these Sena intercoms worth their steep price. Different colored faceplates and programmable LED lights can add some product personalization, and the online user manual is full of illustrations and easy to follow. I highly recommend these as a good purchase and I think they are worth their higher price point.
