Bluetooth connectivity between my brother in Law’s helmet and this would not work. Both were upgraded to the most recent firmware. When making a phone call I could not hear anything. For the price not even close to being worth it. Then when I returned they gave me $10 less back than what I paid for, for some reason.

This is a great headset for the price. Better than the parani by Sena. This headset does mount to the parani and uses the same boom mic and mount so if you’re unhappy with parani you could replace with this very easily.

Use it everyday on my ride to work, pairs instantly to my phone and to my fathers headset. The speakers don't get loud enough for me though

Wasn't sure with the price but out performs my s10r and sounds great. Bought a second one just to have on my passenger helmet and its very simple to link together to communicate with the passenger. Only complaint is... nothing because it works for my needs!

Does it work? Yeah... but you need to order two of them. They should come in pairs at least.Noise reduction/cancellation is solid middle of the road. It's hard to hear when it gets really windy, and the mic isn't the greatest.It's as bulky as the competition, so it doesn't win any slim awards.Can you do worse than this? Yep, there's a lot worse ones out there.Can you do better? Absolutely, but you're going to pay for it.If you want a basic communication device, if it's compatible with whomever you're trying to connect with, and if you aren't going very fast on the highway, this is a good option. If you need something with better ANC and wind reduction, you might want to look elsewhere.

Very disappointing. Poor sound quality. Not enough volume. Works maybe OK to about 30 mph then wind and bike noise take over and I have a quiet bike. The worst part is the beep is more than twice as loud as the phone or music and hurts my ears every time I adjust the volume or use any functions. If I wear ear plugs I can tolerate the beeps but can't hardly hear the music and the phone volume is all the way up and so is the units volume. The app is about useless with almost nothing practical in it. Get rid of the painful obnoxiously loud beeps and improve the sound quality and I wouldn't feel as bad for over paying for this. I believe no one should buy this item.
