Ordered this for my daughter. She received a unit with missing parts and a deep crack in the paint the top cabinet piece. Although it took a while customer service was very helpful and shipped her a replacement unit (though it did take some time to process the ticket). Overall we are very pleased with both the the cabinet and the service.

As a streamer:Don’t mind the wires! It’s great for what I needed which was to hold my PC and my consoles! (PS4, xbox series x, and Nintendo switch). It holds it all (extremely sturdy) and I still have the cabinet for my files and I used the bigger drawer for any loose papers and as a snack drawer! I kept the top back out so I can have easy access on both sides of my consoles.Perfect for me! Very well made.

The cabinet was not the easiest to assemble, as several parts/holes were not aligned correctly. The lock for the small cabinet had to be improvised with glue and screws, as the screws provided did not fit. Overall, the finished product is Ok, not the most stable and its appearance isn't the best, as a lot of screws are observable...we'll have to cover those areas up with patches that we'll need to buy. Customer service was good, as the seller was responsive and tried to provide helpful resources.

I bought this for a new printer I picked up a few weeks ago for my wife's office. It was the right size to fit in the space where it was needed so that was part of it. I had several picked out to choose from and this is the one we decided on.It arrived in good shape sooner than expected so that was good. Very well packaged and protected from any damage. I opened it up and the parts were all labeled and the directions had a good 'inventory' right on the front so you'd know what was supposed to be in there.Assembly took me about 2 hours. I consider myself fairly 'handy' and the instructions were clear and called out certain things that you had to pay attention to such as which end of the piece was to go in which direction, which screw holes to use on the drawer slides, where the locking casters were supposed to be (only 2 of the five casters lock so you need to notice that) and that sort of thing. I likened it to assembling a Lego set --- the directions were all picture based and all you had to do was pay attention. I did not have to remove or go back one time so if you are observant, you'll be fine. I read other reviews on some of the other units I was considering and they talked about having to unscrew things and go back for any number of reasons - that was not the case with this unit with these instructions.Once fully assembled it was very solid and felt well sturdy enough for supporting the printer and basic office supplies. The drawers and the locks work smoothly and closed solidly so no problem there. The keys to the two drawer locks are not interchangeable so there's one set for each drawer so don't mix them up.Take your time, study the pics carefully and you should have no trouble.Note that they also supplied extra hardware in case anything was dropped or lost or damaged. I didn't need them but it was nice knowing they were there if necessaryNice product!

Sturdy cabinet once it’s built the directions are not the best and the locks are not really attached in well the particleboard does fall apart

This was simple to put together. It took longer than expected however the instructions are easy to follow. What I appreciated most is the parts are numbered to match the instructions. We used a drill with bits prevent overworking the wrist. The color is pretty and the materials are sturdy. The ONLY two items I would encourage the manufacturer to improve are: the wheels don't swivel easily and the adjustable file arms in the larger drawer could use a mechanism to prevent it from sliding around. (After I put files on the arms, they would slide a bit upon opening or closing the drawer). However, I would absolutely purchase this item again
