I thought this would be challenging. It wasn't. I bought curtains that were too long without the grommets so that I could fit the custom length. Folded over and stitched a hem at the top, marked the holes (used a sheer curtain with grommets as a template. Just snapped the grommets into place.

These were easy to install, they just snap together. They also look nice. You can't tell they are plastic, they look like metal. They are a little thicker than the metal ones that you need special equipment to install, but overall they worked out great for us.

I was making porch curtains and I wanted to give a finished look and these fit the bill. These are plastic so they should hold up to the elements with no rust. I bought black and with the black rods ( 3/4 inch black painted conduit pipe) and they are beautiful. The hardest part was figuring out my spacing. Once done with one panel, the others went quickly. There is no pattern for the holes, but I made one by making a 2 inch circle using an old fashioned compass and an index card and cutting it out. The center of the circle I used the point of my pencil to mark my point. After that it's simple as cutting out the holes and placing the grommets and pressing down with the palm of my hand. Make sure to listen for the snap all around the grommet. Finally they are packaged well with each set in a plastic bag.I plan on ordering more to redo my bedroom curtains.

Overall, good-looking product, easy to put together and uninstall, if necessary. Fast delivery.BUT, beware of batch color inconsistencies (closely check your order for quality right away). Out of the 40 units I have received, 6 pairs had some light scratches on them.I ordered 3 different kinds of “gold”-ish grommets from this seller. “Champaign” gold and the second tint, I don’t remember its name, did not go too well with the color scheme of my project, while the “gold” gold turned out to be just the right fit.The grommets come in baggies of twenty (front and back pairs). After I installed 40 pairs (half of my project) and came to my third bag, I noticed that the grommets from it did not quite match the color of the ones I had just put up. The difference (not a huge one and primarily in saturation) became obvious only when grommets were placed side by side. Unfortunately, the forth bag too contained the same oversaturated kind of “gold”.I have already ordered more “gold” grommets but I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hope that the new batch shall be the right match. If not, to save my project, I’ll have to re-combine the fronts of the right gold grommets with the backs of the wrong gold ones (the latter will not be visible when installed).

Easy to add and allows professional looking, custom drapes. I don’t like the appearance of these as much as the Dritz brand, although they are cheaper. I am only giving 3 stars because the package was missing one grommet, the plastic on some of the grommets was scratched up, and there is no installation template included, so you have to make your own. Otherwise, if you’re ok with all of that, they get the job done!

I was pleased to find a 20 pack of grommets for such an affordable price and they actually worked great. The "brown" color I purchased was true to the online picture. I used a traditional oil rubbed bronze curtain rod and the colors are obviously different. The grommets are plastic, lightweight and don't feel very sturdy, but they held up wonderfully as I assembled them. I even had to pull a couple apart, and I was concerned they might break but they were fine. These grommets did not come with a template to mark my fabric, so I traced around the small plastic inner ring from the grommet. It was a little too small but I adjusted as I cut and it worked fine. This was my first time using grommets and I'm happy with how professional my curtains look.

Super easy to use. Turned my old slip/rod curtains into a new style. Now I can open and close them with easy. Just wish they had come with some sort of template but I made one easy enough. Took me about an hour to put all 20 on 4 curtain panels. They are plastic but are holding up well. Will be able to reuse them as well if I want to make new curtains. Couldn't have bought new curtains for double the price of these so it was nice to be able to give me older yet still good curtains a modern make overComes in no frills packaging, but so what, you're just going to through that out anyway
