Ordered item and before receiving it, knew we would be returning. My husband jumped the gun and ordered to replace his existing part before doing a little investigating on his end, so, we ended up NOT needing the part afterall. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the item early and within a few days. The item was just as described, well packaged and a great value. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the part and I returned the item for a refund. We were given a partial refund. Come to find out, the seller indicated that a part had not been returned with the package. A part that we reported we hadn't known was going to be included, nor had it been in the package. A telephone conversation with Dara resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction! Very professional and easy to work with and, I will CERTAINLY use this company again in the future should the need arise. Thank you Dara! :)
