Plastic Wheel wedge shoe broke on me after a few uses. The roller consists of thin plastic over a steel weight and I can’t figure out how to just purchase another wedge or contact them for help.

The shoe weight doesn’t slide on its own. It is very annoying to have to push it forward to keep the cards from tumbling out, pretty much defeats the whole purpose of having the shoe if the pusher doesn’t work.

2024-08-17. Playing card dealing shoe by SEETOOGAMES. 6-deck shoe. Card dispenser. Discard holder. Clear.This card shoe by SEETOOGAMES is made of acrylic (PMMA), which I believe is the same materials that you find in the professional casinos. To my knowledge, acrylic is generally considered one of the clearest plastics on the market and is very scratch resistant. On the downside, acrylic has low impact resistance (i.e. it's brittle) and doesn't hold up to extreme temperatures well (including prolonged direct sunlight exposure.) But this will be used indoors, so the likelihood of the downside is low. But what got me was that straight out of the box, I noticed that the card shoe was scratched! (see pics.) I thought acrylic was scratch resistant...The discard card holder is also made of acrylic and designed to hold 6 decks of cards. I found no issues with this at all.I have a couple of notables. The first is that this card shoe by SEETOOGAMES doesn't come with a storage bag or case, and it also doesn't come in a retail box. The unit comes in the shipping box where packaging engineers designed to fit the contents and nothing more. While you can easily get everything back into the box, it's not ideal for storage, nor will it impress your guests when you're taking it out for use. The other notable is that this card shoe doesn't come with a cut card. This is just a thin plastic card (typically red, but can be any color) that is used to cut the deck and set a stopping point for the multi-deck shoe (used more in casino to deter card counting). It's not the end of the world, but if you're trying to mimic that casino environment at home, it's a detail that would support the full experience.Overall, I'm disappointed that the shoe came scratched, the bigger issue really is storage after use. With acrylic having poor impact resistance, you'll need to ensure you have something that can protect it from drops. Despite these notables, the card shoe is still functional so I'm still going to give it a passing grade.

The plastic and build are fine. The black wedge works fine. The only big issue was that the front panel broke off within dealing the first shoe of cards. After looking at it more closely, that front piece wasn't even glued in. Whoever was working the production line must have just totally skipped gluing in that panel. Rather than returning and reordering something else, i just put some crazy glue on it and it works great. If they discounted this thing a few bucks and you had some crazy glue handy, i wouln't be shy about buying it. Just poor quality control.

The quality and construction of this shoe seem to be good. Purchased to play UNO with three decks. Also bought an automatic shuffler. New Year's Eve will be fun.

The SEETOOOGAMES Blackjack Dealing Shoe is a way to level up your game night. If you have an actual poker table at home or a table cover, you might as well get this blackjack shoe. This one can hold up to 6 decks, so you can get a more realistic feel when not in the casinos. Comes with a discard tray which is nice.
