These are the perfect size for starting a variety of seeds without needing a large tray of plugs. It's nice to have a smaller tray so I can separate my seeds. Sometimes you don't need 36 of a particular plant - so with these, I have a small tray of kale, a small tray of onions, and so on. I will definitely be buying more of these because they are the perfect size to start seeds indoors and the humidity dome with a dial that you can control the air flow is a bonus. These are sturdy, and the clear tray means I can see the root development as well. These are the best I've used!

This is a great little set. But smaller than I thought. So I have to get more. The only thing I didn't care for was that I now have to order a USB charge cube. Doesn't come with one to power the lights. Easy to set up seed starter. The adjustable vented top will keep moisture under control.

The Gaprass 60 Cells Seed Starter Tray is as described and as expected. These type of products are typically made of thin plastic and last for a few years depending on how careful you are with them. This product is no different. I do like that the cells are clear so you can monitor root growth and that there are multiple smaller trays, rather than one very long tray. This makes handling the trays so much easier and allows for different heat, light, and moisture requirements. The transparent lid is standard in height at about 2' - it is not the taller version that is available with some trays. The humidity control vent is nothing fancy, but is a nice feature to let a little air in without needing to remove the lid. Seems a little expensive at this pricepoint, but there is nothing wrong with the product.

This seed starter set from Growfriend is great! It comes with everything needed but the dirt and seeds, the moisture meter works great. Will definitely be buy a few more to finish my garden. Definitely recomend.

I saw other reviews that said that these trays are easily breakable, so I was concerned when opened my package and saw that the box had taken a pretty good knock. However, no worries, nothing was broken, so I'm instantly thinking that these are a little more robust than some have given them credit for. The clear seed pods are thicker than the gray, 6-pack plastic trays you get when you buy seedlings at the store. Being clear definitely will allow monitoring of the roots and moisture of the soil. The green drip tray will keep everything nice an neat, without having to put another tray under the whole setup. Clear lids allow the plants to hold a little more moisture and humidity, which can be controlled to some extent with the adjustable vent. The little tools are cute and will have a little practical use for making small seed holes, and not making a mess when filling the little wells. We'll see how they hold up after we are ready to transfer our plants outside and need to get them out of the clear trays. So far, I'm extremely satisfied.

I am happy with this seed starting kit. The cells are sturdy enough to stand well and yet have pliable bottoms for squeezing them out later. The lids fit on top loosely and have rotating vents on top to adjust the release of humidity and heat. The included plastic tools are handy though flimsy. Then again, how much strain will you be putting on seedling cells? It came with label sticks too. The box shows a picture of a tall lid and a short lid. I don't know why. The kit I got only has the short lids. Overall I can't wait to get started planting with these as spring gets closer.

This 5 pack of seed starters kit is perfect to start your indoor seeds. I grow a lot of tomatoes, and wanted to upgrade this year from what I had used in the past. I love that there are clear individual seed trays that fit inside the base, so that you can check on the root systems growing. I also love that you can adjust the humidity so ensure the proper amount of humidity is available for optimal growth. They are nicely sized starters to pop into the ground, and you could do 5 of more different types of seeds at the same time. The plastic material seems sturdy that they are made from - thicker than the basic black disposable types at garden centers. I am pretty excited to use these this year.
