We ordered 2 cameras and just received them. It was super easy to install the app and connect the cameras to my phone. No issues at all!! The motion detector worked great! A little too great. Lol. I was moving the camera around and notifications kept coming through. The videos are crystal clear and great quality. Night vision is very good and very clear. All Lights in the house were off and it was pitch black. Turned on the night vision and was amazed at the brightness of the video. It was pretty easy to share so my husband can view on his phone. The only issue with sharing was the app says “share device” and booklet says “invite”. That was easy to figure out. We love that we can put it to sleep to stop motion sensor and shutoff to save on the battery when we don’t need to use it. The viewing angle is better than expected. It’s perfect for our use and can see all entrance areas. We also love that this comoany is in the USA. It appears to be a great quality camera! Will update if we have any issues.

These are perfect outdoor cameras. They have great quality. You can see a lot and it’s very clear. The motion detection works great and it’s easy to log in to the app to view live. I love that it automatically records a snippet when it detects movement so you can see what it is

Very Good picture quality, easy installation due to battery power (no wiring), good motion detection, best picture during daytime hours, night pictures not as much detail without an additional light source. Overall excellent value for the money and easy to use with app on phone.

Not relevant to the product review, shipping and packaging arrived in a timely manner undamaged.I had issues connecting using mobile data. I reached out to customer support, I took a day or two before I got any real response. I was told they were looking into it. I did all sorts of research, and trying very variations of settings to resolve the issue. I have let my neighbor connect and they have no issue using mobile data to view live view. I have unlimited plan, 5G full bars and still could not connect, phone had plenty of memory and was new enough. What it ended up boiling down to, was the Android version. I was working with 11. I now have 14, and I have no issues connecting using mobile data. These cameras are phenomenal, the clarity is fantastic. For the price they are definitely worth it. The app still needs work. There are a lot of things I would change about it. You have to search to find certain things, but wants to know where it is it's easy enough to find. The AI That's used with these cameras is very intelligent, it knows if it's a person that knows if it's a pet or a combination of both, it knows when a vehicle is on screen, when you get your notifications it will specify what variation is part of the motion activated clip. The biggest downside is the camera captures every movement, if an ant moves on a leaf, it captures it. What this does is forces you to turn off all notifications except specific ones like people, pets maybe vehicles. Every motion activated clip gets uploaded, so if these are indoor cameras I would not advise.Customer service is responsive, although, I believe they hope if they wait long enough to give you a definitive answer, you will solve it on your own. If buying multiple cameras on setting them up at the same time make sure you set the last one up that you want to be at the top of the app as there's no way to reorganize the order in which the cameras are on the app so the first one you set up will be at the bottom. I asked if this was something they were going to work on, they said that they would pass the information on to the technical department. You don't buy the subscription, they get three days of cloud coverage, but you are very limited in what you can do using the app. Therefore you will just get notification after notification of movement, by having the app you can have the AI step in and filter through and only show you movement of people and pets and cars, the other motion activated eclipse will still be recorded and uploaded you just won't be bombarded with notifications.I told the company once my issues get sorted out I would give them five stars, they started off at 3, I would have been a two but for the price, you're actually sitting back just thankful it works at all. So for the price and the quality, and they do eventually get back to you with customer support, these are definitely five star cameras. The app they use is called VicoHome. They have a couple different options as far as subscriptions go, ultimately you're better off just spending the extra 9 or $15 and getting the ultimate.

Just got mine setup, and here are my initial thoughts.- The camera is easy to install.- Battery percentage dropped about 2% after 1 days use sitting outside, and that's with me playing with it, testing it, and just seeing what it can do.- The app is easy to use, but the font on the screen is very small and may be hard to ready for those who have a hard time with reading small print.Fees- You can use this for free, but, you only get up to 20 seconds of recording when it turns on, and you don't get any of the smart features. It's just a camera that turns on when it senses movement and records 10-20 seconds of video- The fees for the smart features and longer recording times are different for single camera or multiple cameras. It's either 1 camera, or unlimited cameras in their plans.- Single camera is 4.48 a month or 47.49 a year.- Multiple cameras (unlimited) is 9.99 a month or 105.99 a year. (There is no 2 camera option on plans)Image quality- Camera quality seems fine, and you can pinch and zoom the video feed.- Nighttime quality seemed okay up to about 50' away, but you can't read license plates with the night time video.- You can also take snapshots from the video, or record your own video to your phone.- 2K video seemed a bit laggy at times, even with it being just a few feet from my router. When I mounted it over my garage door, it's about 20' away from the router, but still connects just fine, but still has small moments of lag at times.- The talk through camera feature was difficult to use. There is no indication of do you hold down the button or not, and audio of things you say didn't always come out the camera. What needs improvement- There is no PC support yet. You can not have this running on your PC. This is a huge miss in their software development because it would be nice to see the pictures on my much bigger PC screen while I'm working and have the ability to record onto my hard drive would have been nice.- The app is not great for multiple users - Such as a husband and wife both wanting to see the camera when an alert comes through. The same account can not be logged in on multiple devices, the other person must register a new account with a second email address, and the device shared with that other account.- The app could be made easier to navigate. I still haven't found an account settings screen where you can manage your subscription, update email address, etc.. The font in the app is not old people friendly, if you struggle reading small font, this may be difficult to get through the install.- Even on low sensitivity, the camera would send an alert every time a car went by on the road about 80' from my house. I had to adjust the camera to not see the road. I think this is solved with the paid smart features, but if you are using for free, you will need to adjust the camera to hide the busy street.

At this price point, works just fine. Only problem is that is the WIFI requires 2.4 GHz instead of the 5 GHz. Not sure why it's like this. The camera cant transmit on the 5 GHz.
