Man sitzt sehr gut und kann sich richtig weit zurücklehnen. XL ist wirklich groß ;)Einziges kleines Manko sind die etwas klapprigen Armlehnen.

This is the second Secret Labs chair I have bought, first through Amazon. This review is for the Titan Evo Lite XL chair. I’m 6’3” tall and weight 230 lbs. so this chair is perfect for me as well as my wife. She is 5’8” and around 170 lbs.First things first: The price. Yeah, it’s a little salty but this chair is worth every penny. The cushion on the chair is initially stiff, but once you sit in it for a little you realize this isn’t the cheap, ultra soft cushion that an hour later leaves you sitting on the hard base of the chair. This is a long term cushion that isn’t immediately overly soft but is comfortable hours and hours later. You can sit in this chair for 8 hrs and it is still comfortable.Second: we all know Amazon ships things via catapult. The box arrived looking like it was dragged and rolled the last 10 miles. I do not blame the delivery people on this, this is just Amazon being cheap and not putting two people in a truck to team lift over 35 lbs… The contents inside the box are packed in such a way that there was absolutely no damage to the contents.Third: Assembly! Speaking of packaging, this is an expensive chair for a reason. The packaging is perfect and the instructions for assembly are easy to read as well as put together. It comes with a quality tool kit packed in its own case. This isn’t the cheap tools that come in most chairs. Like I said before, you’re paying for quality and you are getting your moneys worth.Last: This is a quality chair. The chair is sturdy and not built with cheap parts that don’t align or strip out. It’s a beautiful chair that is made from quality materials.I would highly recommend this chair and all Secret Labs chairs. It’s money well spent if you are sitting in a chair for any long length of time. If you want extra lumbar support, I suggest the Evo and not the Evo Lite. The Evo Lite does not have adjustable lumbar… that’s the only draw back I can see on this chair.

I have owned the chair for about a year and in my experience the quality of the chair has been good. Assembling it was easy with the included instructions. The chair is just uncomfortable. If I am sitting in it for more than a couple of hours, my lower back and bottom start to hurt. The seat is pretty hard so if I were to buy another chair, I would look for something softer

The build quality does not match the $569 price I paid. The armrests are not stable, especially the right one. They rattle around with no way to tighten. Also not the comfort you'd expect from a $569 chair I bought the XL version. When I lean back in the chair it slips and creeks, I can't tighten it. It's creeky also for a $569 dollar chair. I do not recommend buying one.

I like my chair. It’s good—comfortable and sturdy—even though it weighs a ton. 5 stars for the chair. But these things are presumably made in China because the actual parts you might need for any repair/replacement will be on the slow boat over. 2+ months for basic pieces minimum. Some are back ordered 4 months. If you need help, the people who work there will waste your time and provide literally zero assistance. I was happy to spend the money to replace my missing parts (lost in a move), but their customer service instead wasted days of my time and led me down a weird rabbit hole only to tell me in the end that they wouldn’t be able to help. So buy at your own risk, but don’t ever need anything from them after your purchase. Once they have your money, they absolutely don’t bother.

Manufacturing is garbage. Screws wouldn't thread correctly and then wouldn't come undone. Had to take a hacksaw to get them disconnected just to ship it back. Trash product.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for this chair, someone said they couldn’t get the screws lined up….they obviously don’t use their hands often(lol) the screws definitely screw into the chair!(with ease). Haven’t sat in it long term but from my first impression it’s a good chair. Others have also said the seat cushion is a bit firm, it is. But that’s not a problem for me I wasn’t expecting a cloud seat. The construction is sound. Tiny bit of rattling from the arm rests, nothing to cry ab they are very adjustable so it’s expected. And it’s heavier than I expected but I see that as a good thing.
